CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: This Contract of Lease, made and Executed and entered into by and between: LOURDES A.SALES, of legal age, married Filipino, with postal address at Daet Camarines Norte, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR; ---AND--____________________, of legal age, ___________, Filipino citizen, and a resident of _________________________, Camarines Norte, hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE; WITNESSETH: WHEREAS the LESSOR warrants the she is the true, lawful, and registered owner of ARCES APARTMENT, located at Felipe II St., Daet, Camarines Norte; THAT this Contract is for One (1) Year commencing on __________ and expiring on ______________ and renewable upon the option of both parties; THAT the monthly rental is ______________________________ Philippine currency, to be paid by the LESSEE in advance within the first five days of each month; THAT the LESSEE shall not make or cause to be made any improvement in the leased premises without prior written or consent of the LESSOR, it being understood that such improvement in the premises shall be at the sole expense of the LESSEE; THAT in case of non payment of the rental herein stipulated or violation of any condition of this Contract, this lease shall be considered rescinded and the LESSOR shall have the right to demand that the LESSEE vacate the leased premises.
