RF Module
RF Module The RF Module are stand-alone fully operational transceiver modules with integrated antenna filters. RF Modules host the RF Functionality and provide control and power supply to Flexi Antenna Line. Radio-Related (Modulation, Channelization, Analog RF Processing, Power Amplifier , Antenna Filter) processing is performed in the Module. The RF Module are able to support three sectors in a Flexi WCDMA base station, this type of RF Module is Known as Triple RF Module.

Flexi pole mounting kit . The Flexi pole mounting kit is designed for poles between 60 mm (2.4 in.) and 120 mm (4.7 in.).
FSES Overview
FSES is an over voltage protection device. FSES is used to protect Flexi Units in
case of indirect lightning strike. FSES is used in DC input when the input line is more than 2 meters. This is the case in feeder less site solutions. Cabinet installations or stack installations are not the main stream for FSES. FSES is used in LTE, WCDMA and GSM/EDGE Protection level of FSES is 15kA. - estimated weight of the FSES (1000g,may be slight over 1000g) - estimated size of the product package for FSES(160mmx160mmx200mm)

FSIA Cabling
SFP Installation
1. Take out the IP seal from the System Module and the RF Module and Insert the SFP in to the slots. Note SFP supply with RF module
1. Remove the fixing studs from the Module Casings. Remove the Cable support plates from the casings. Loosen the Module fixing screws. 2. Then connect the FCM-FTM card supplied with the TRS sub module. Align and guide the TRS sub module on System Module. 3. Connect the ESD wrist strip with cabinet and wear it before proceeding for the Modules installation.
Align the Transmission Sub module with the Guide Pins in the System module and push the TRS Sub module in place.
NOTE:-If your TRS is either FTIA, FTIB, FTJA, or FTOA, do one of the following: FTIA/FTIB: insert a SFP Ethernet transceiver (not included in the delivery) into the GE slot. FTJA: Insert the SFP transceiver to the EIF1 slot. FTOA: Insert the SFP SDH transceiver to the FTOA. The SFP transceiver is optional for the FTIA, FTIB and FTJA, and mandatory for the FTOA.
Install the RF module Below system Gap between System module and RF module 1U Insert the RF Module along with the casing inside the cabinet and tighten properly with screws. Connect RF module GND cable with cabinet Grounding Connect the power cable & route properly Install SFP and connect optical cable Connect the Jumper cable and route both site according specification
OVP Installation
4. Cut the DC cable included in the delivery close to the connector, strip it as necessary to reveal the black and blue wires and connect the wires as shown in figure. 5. Connect the other end of the DC cable to the RF Module.
Note: 5meters Jumper connect from between nearest Antenna to RF module and other Antenna to RF Module 7Meters Jumper

INSTALLATION Verify that antenna supports/poles are installed and in right location. Check the delivered antennas & installation hardware are correct and complete. Fix the down tilt kits to the antenna. Hoist the antenna up to the antenna support. Note: when hoisting antenna in foul weather conditions, it is necessary to control antenna movement to avoid damage. Use ropes etc. Install the antennas on the antenna support exactly vertical or with a specified offset. Use the data specified in the BTS Site Installation Parameters to set the antenna height, vertical/horizontal separation, direction and down tilt. Connect one end of the antenna jumpers to the antennas, leaving the opposite ends open. Note: the open ends should be protected from moisture. Clamp/tie the jumpers to the antenna support. Secure the antenna fixing clamps with the DOUBLE LOCK NUTS provided.
INSTALLATION
AND FEEDERLINE
TAKE CARE OF sharp edges ! Recommended clamp distance for cables 1/2 to 1 5/8 is 1000 mm Keep the rows of RF clamps together and to one side of the cable ladder Do Not tighten the cable clamps TOO TIGHT causing damage to the cables and giving high return loss measurement results Take care NOT TO DROP plastic cushions
Already three operator installed feeder cable no space Available in cable tray and left and right edge of cable trey and back side of the cable trey. So feeder clamp can be installed in back side of side edge the of the cable trey ( Site: Kartika complex)
