PRODUCING PREFABRICATED PANELS FOR HOUSES

The Randek working tables facilitates, to a considerable
extent, the building of prefabricated houses. Crossbars
and sub-elements are quickly and simply placed directly
on the table, and the parts are pressed together with
the pneumatic press system.

Technical description

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION
We have a wide range of working tables for the
manufacture of wall elements. The tables are
available as tilting table BS10G, receiver table
BS10N or a combined system with tilting and
receiving unit BS20.
" All working tables are constructed in very
strong steel sections.
" The tables are hydraulically tilt able to
90°.
" Standard lengths of 6 m, 7.5 m, 9 m and
12 m cover most requirements.
" Width adjustments for different wall
dimensions on the tilting table is done
manually. Width adjustments can be
done between 2250-3100 mm on the
tilting table.
" There are shafts placed on the tables
long side to press the wall elements
together. The shafts are 160 mm in
height.
" The tables are covered with thick
plywood plates as far as technically
possible. The plates make it easy to
place crossbars and sub-elements on the
table.
" Working height of the table is 620 mm.
" The tables are delivered fully finished for
installation, with as little work as
possible to make the plant ready for
operation. The customer can, himself,
fasten the plant in the floor with bolts
and connect electricity and air. It takes
approximately 1 hour. The customer
must purchase a motor protection unit
and a on/off switch.
" All working tables are constructed in
such a way that a working bridge for
nailing, sawing and drilling, etc can
easily in the future supplement them.
