This Dealer manual is to remain in the dealership and is a handy quick reference
for your sales, workshop and spares departments.

Please be aware that any reference to jetting alterations is a guideline only, and
you will need to set up bikes according to the rider's ability and the varying
conditions.

Team Green settings are subject to change, as testing is ongoing in order to get
the best from each model.

Kawasaki would encourage you to correctly assemble and pre-deliver each
model, explaining correct run-in procedure and maintenance requirements to the
customer at point of sale.

Offroad motorcycles require regular service checks and should be logged for
reminder notices in your dealer workshop booking systems as per your customer's
level of use.

This manual used in conjunction with the Optional Jets & Needles and Race
Tuning manuals, will ensure you have all the information to give your customer
the best possible after-sales service and ensure that they get the best from their
motorcycle.

Manuals will be updated annually to incorporate new model information.

FOOTNOTES - Rebound and compression adjustments are the number of clicks out from full hard (all the way in). Front fork oil level in millimeters (mm) is a measured distance or in cc's for a measured
volume. Rear shock sag level is measured in millimeters (mm). All optional spring Part numbers can be found at your local Kawasaki dealership.
SPECIAL NOTE - Team Green recommends that any suspension sag measurements be done when shock is cold. Always test new setting before racing.
N/mm = Newtons / millimeter - Kgf = kilograms force
Conversion Formula for each method of measurement: N/mm Spring Rage x 0.102 = Kgf/mm Spring Rate x 9.807 = N/mm Spring Rate
