    1. Please clarify Hitachi Universal Replicator (HUR) support with Hitachi Dynamic Provisioning (HDP). HUR supports any type of 3390-A volume combinations in a 1x1x1 configuration. Larger configurations with multiple VSP control units in each location (a.k.a. MxNxO) will be supported in 1Q2012. Are there any other functions not supported when using Hitachi Dynamic Provisioning for Mainframe (such as HTSM migrations)? Current restrictions include FICON data migration and Cross-OS File Exchange. These 2 products do not support 3390-A emulation.

    What RAID configurations are supported? All RAID5 and RAID6 configurations are supported, including external volumes. Support for RAID1 is planned in 1Q2012. Are the new 7200-RPM SAS drives supported? Yes, NL-SAS drives are supported.
