450g chicken 1/2 tin coconut milk 1 onion 3-5 cloves garlic fresh ginger 1/2 tsp turmeric

2 t tsp madras curry powder salt 1tsp cumin powder curry leaves Fry chicken first until golden brown Add onion and fry till onion is brown Add spices and fry for 30 seconds add coconut milk and water and simmer until meat is cooked
