Rehearsal Report Date Thursday February 21, 2013 Schedule Run Through 4:30-7:30 pm ALL CALLED Summary Today was our introductory gathering and first read through. Actor Notes Actor contracts were distributed, reviewed and signed tonight. Everyone has a script, rehearsal schedule and is ready to rock and roll! Please be aware of what you have committed to tonight and work hard, be prompt and enjoy our journey in Middletown. Recasting Notes- Eric will be Janitor. Adriana will be Attendant. Set Notes Our Set Designer Chris revealed the world of Middletown to us tonight. Aside from a general orientation to the set n notes were recorded. Technical Director Steve spoke on the safety policy for cast & crew- be safe, wear proper footwear, no food on stage, clean up after yourself and if you need assistance please ask! Lighting Notes Alexander Heinman is our light board operator. Chris discussed how lights will be utilized in the production to denote scene changes. Prop Notes Sean McCarthy ( Assistant Set Designer) and Amelia Wintheiser ( ASM) will be our main resources for props. For Actors- Please remember to check your props! Also note that props are not toys. They are for rehearsal use only and will not leave the theatre, nor should they be used when not rehearsing. Costume Notes Adrean Mejias is our costume resource. Actors- please contact Adrian immediately to set up your fittings. His email has been sent to you. Introductory remarks on costumes- Do not take it upon yourself to alter your costumes; any things related to your costumes should be done via Adrean. Rehearsal Number 1 Next Rehearsal Friday February 22. 2-3:45 Character Analysis, Entire cast called. Matt & Lara will be absent.

Script Notes Bound copies of the script are on their way. Please make use of photocopied scripts until then. General Notes Thank you all for coming! The contact sheet will be distributed tomorrow for all of you.
