Attitude of Learning

A. My prior experiences with writing have been pretty minimal as far as

the classroom is concerned. I do remember English class as being fun

and not so terrible. I had some great English teachers who made

classes fun. I actually love to write and have written some personal

stories and a few poems here and there. I do not really think I am all

that good at it but believe that I can do better with a little bit of

instruction.

B. The areas that I think I need to improve upon are spelling, increasing

my vocabulary, learning synonyms and antonyms would be a plus

when writing poetry. My grammar and punctuation could use a huge

amount of improvement. Also I have a tendency to create run on

sentences or sentences that are fragments and can’t figure out how to

revise them.
