The use of mobile phones always related to damage and problems although the damage maybe just a minor one, because of that we had to treat the phone better. The role of a technician is very necessary, especially for mobile users or owners who do not know the causes of damage and how to fix the phone when damaged. It is unfortunate if the damage is only minor damage and can repaired alone. While the waiting time for repairs if meet the technician is long enough and the cost is quite large. This final project will be designed a software that can diagnose any damage to the phone. The software will guide the user who are still ignorant to identify the damage by answering a few questions and finally be able to find the possible cause of damage and also its solution. This expert system applications using the programming language PHP and MySQL.
