    ABSTRACT OF LABOUR LAW- 1

    Globalization promises to increase standards of living for all by bringing about greater specialization and higher productivity, cheaper goods and services and also quicker diffusion of technological innovations. It is true that to some extent it also does that but at the same time it is also feared that its adverse distributinal consequemces would also lead to a political backlash against it. The basic question which arises here now is that is globalization filling up and increasing the standards of living for everyone or is it just a handful of people who are giving out of it? And does the framework of globalization should be framed regularly? How is the labour still suffering from inequality of income though globalization has started up . All these factors basically focusing on the trade union of India and what impact do they have by globalization will be dealt by me in my project. As the trade unions in India according to ILO 2004 is still a matter of concern because there is no international Govt. at the international level to check the structure of framework of globalization. My project will be dealing with all these topics and will try to suggest remedies to this.
