Abstract: The effects of the tube position , thermal load (gas flow) and the flow of heat exchange medium
to heat effifiey were studd by using the experimental heatin
g furr
d lrectt injection combustion mode was adopted. The temperature in the furnace
was used as a fuel and the
was also investigated by CFD numerical simulation. The result indicated that higher efficiency could be
obtained due to less distance under the ideal conditions (0. 88 kg/h) , and the efficiency would decrease
with the increase of the flow of the heat exchange medium (
demonstrated that the temperature distribution was in agreement with the experimental results and the
flame shape was an important factor of radiation heat transfe r.
