Note: When putting together your technical reference, use the following table. The book should be
assembled in the order shown below.

• The first column indicates the document’s order.

• The second column indicates the electronic file name for each section.
• The third column indicates the sections that are affected by the most recent update.
• The fourth column gives a brief description of the section.
• The fifth column indicates the number of pages.
• The last column indicates the file size.
