Read Argument and Persuasion PG 962 on Mc/Lit book Discuss Claim/Support and elements of an argument Why Cant I Live on French Fries? Discuss examples of supporting the claim and strengthening the argument

Essential Questions: What are the elements of an argument? How does the author support his/her claim? What are reasons and evidence and how are they related to a sound claim?
