Tariff Directives Order Ref: BTRC/SS/Tariff/2002/4 Date: 09 January 2005 Subject: Decision of the Commission to the Operators.

Reference to the above subject the undersigned is directed to inform that the Co mmission has decided that the following conditions must be implement by the oper ators as soon as possible: (a) Duration of maximum peak hour is 12 hours.

(b) VAT must be shown separately. If VAT is included in the tariff, connecti on charges, monthly line rent etc, it must be separated from those charges.

(c) All detail information regarding various mobile packages i.e. tariff, co nditions, special offer etc of each operators must be published (in Bangla and E nglish) in at least two popular Daily English and Bengali Newspapers, within the first month of every year. And the copy of the published advertisement must be submitted to the Commission.
