Wind power
Wind power- is the conversion of wind energy into a useful form
of energy, such as using wind turbines to make electrical power, windmills for mechanical power, wind pumps for water pumping or drainage, or sails to propel ships.
Wind power consumes no fuel, and they was no air pollution unlike

fossil fuel power sources.

The energy consumed to manufacture and transport the materials used

to build a wind power plant is equal to the new energy produced by the plant within a few months, so that the energy that Thailand needed will be equal to the new energy by a wind power plant that Thailand produce.

Electrical power
1. The wind turbines to generate electricity, which was used to produce hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis and a mixture of the two gases was stored for use as a fuel

Wind farm
A wind farm is a group of wind turbines in the same

location used for production of electricity in the larger area.

Alternative Energy
Alternative energy is any energy source that is an

alternative to fossil fuel. They are considered alternatives because they can be future replacements for the fossil fuels that now meet a considerable portion of our energy needs alternate energy sources are often renewable. Unlike most fossil fuels they are easily available and dont have a finite supply. They are considered to be energy sources that wont pollute the environment as they are being used

Common types of alternative energy

Solar energy is the generation of electricity from the sun. It

is split up into two types, thermal and electric energy. These two subgroups mean that they heat up homes and generate electricity respectively. Wind energy is the generation of electricity from the wind. Geothermal energy is using hot water or steam from the Earths interior for heating buildings or electricity generation. Biofuel and ethanol are plant-derived substitutes of gasoline for powering vehicles. Nuclear binding energy uses nuclear fission to create energy. Hydrogen is used as clean fuel for spaceships, and some cars.

Petroleum as an alternative
Petroleum - is a naturally occurring flammable liquid consisting of a complex mixture of hydrocarbons of various molecular weights and other liquid organic compounds that are found in the geologic formations beneath the Earth's surface .

5 Fuel Alternatives to Petroleum

1. Cooking oil/grease- The product of much of home and

restaurant cooking can be converted into biodiesel, which is capable of powering any vehicle that takes diesel fuel. This includes trucks, buses and even some passenger cars. 2. Human/animal waste- This waste can actually be used as renewable energy 3. Tires- This fuel is used to power cement kilns, paper mills and numerous other manufacturing plants. 4. Packing peanuts-packing peanuts can be dissolved and turned into biodiesel. 5. Coffee grounds-Coffee grounds have a valuable disposal use outside of the compost pile. They can be turned into biodiesel.

Factories in Thailand
1. Apollo (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
2. Bangchak Petroleum Public Co., Ltd. 3. Bangkok Industrial Gas Co., Ltd

4. Banpu Public Co., Ltd

Oxygen, Nitrogen, Argon, Hydrogen, Helium, Specialty

gases, is one of the leading manufactures of industrial gases in Thailand.

Natural gas

Natural gas in Thailand

Almost all of the countrys natural gas fields are

located offshore in the Gulf of Thailand Thailand had 2007 proved natural gas reserves of 0.33 trillion cubic meters. In 2009, Thailand had natural gas production of 25.91 billion cubic meters and consumption of 35.35 billion cubic meters Bongkot is the largest natural gas producing fields. The oil industry in Thailand is mainly PTT, formerly Petroleum Authority of Thailand.

Coal

Coal
Coal is a black or brown rock that can be ignited and

burned to produce energy in the form of heat. Coal's chemical makeup is a complex mix of elements that include sulfur, carbon, oxygen, hydrogen and nitrogen, as well as small quantities of aluminum, zirconium and many other minerals.

Coal in Thailand
Coal has played an important role as a major energy

source for decades. Coal are important in having the alternative energy that use in Thailand and other many countries Krabi have about like 112 million tons Thailand to build coal plants in Burma because Burma have a land from that is better than Thailand.

Solar Energy
Radiant light and heat from the sun.
Solar energy technologies include solar heating, solar

photovoltaics, solar thermal electricity and solar architecture, which can make considerable contributions to solving some of the most urgent energy problems the world now faces.

Solar Energy In Thailand

The government plans to develop the electricity

generating capacity for the next 20 years under the PDP 2010 (Power Development Plan) by Distribute the type of fuel for generated electricity to reduce dependence on natural gas Increase the private sector participation in providing energy Promote electricity from renewable energy by providing ADDER for Small Power Producer (SPP) and Very Small Power Producer (VSPP)
