Marketing Management Assignment No. 1 & 2 (Group Assignment) Select a FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) company of your own choice working in the business environment of Pakistan. You are restricted not to select any Multinational companies, so that we can work towards the betterment of our local brands. Assignment No: 2 Assess their growth opportunities by recommending a new Business Unit that fulfills a demand in the market and is in line with the mission of the company. You are also required to suggest at least two product categories in that business unit. Do not forget that a new Business Unit would mean new competitors, so what are the reasons for you to suggest them this new business unit and what gap would be filled by this effort. General Instructions: Submit your report for Assignment No.1 by Friday 5th April 2013 Submit your report for Assignment No.2 by Friday 19th April 2013. Assignments after the deadline will not be accepted. Do not waste your funds on fancy bindings & a cover page with course title, section, group names and submission date will be sufficient.
