About World Class

World Class is a project developed by AIESEC University of the Philippines Diliman as a solution to the impending problem about education in the country. Despite having a high literacy rate, there still exists a disparity due to social classes and among the most affected ones are the children who are in orphanages and public day care centers. We hope to give these young ones an opportunity to still have a bright future by educating them and giving them a chance to acquire skills that they need in order to excel once they have stepped into formal education. In addition, we believe that immersion into the community will allow the intern to fully understand the children and develop a compassion for them.
