Terms & Conditions Our company Scriptz Financial Solutions arrange loans above Ten crores and up to any limit against property under these terms. The rate of interest is usually 6.5%+, but depending on one's profile and the funders criteria, it may vary. Equitable Property document is necessary for simple mortgage The maximum loan amount can come up to 50% of property value. Repayment period for loan against property is maximum 10 years. No upfront charge. Processing time fifteen working days. For inspections all arrangements undertake by borrower. Processing fee equivalent to 6% of the loan amount sanctioned. Borrower should mortgage their document to Funder after getting Demand Draft for the loan amount and after the collection of the money. The document will be kept in a bank safe for the safety of both borrower and funder. After the loan period, document will be returned.
