Welcome to EDT 0900 Designing Interactive Virtual Learning Environments

We will begin todays class at 4:30PM sharp.


Prior to the start of the class take a few moments to complete the following. Completing these items before we begin will ensure you have the best learning experience during todays session. 1. Provide yourself an area free from distractions by turning off your phone, and making arrangements so you are not disturbed. 2. Upon entering the room your hand will be raised. Please lower your hand by clicking on the hand icon on the left side of your screen, at the top of the participants list. 3. If you need to step away form the computer please click the away icon (a person with a clock). This can be found on the left side of your screen, at the top of the participants list. 4. Take a moment to turn the Audio Set-up Wizard. You will find this icon in the upper left side of your screen, above the Audio & Video box. It is a microphone with a mark on it. Click on the icon and follow the steps to ensure you have quality sound throughout the session. 5. Finally, if you have not done so previously edit your BB -Profile. This can be done by clicking your name, selecting Edit Profile, and then add an image, name, title, and company if applicable. 6. Please keep in mind throughout the session that the instructor can view all chat messages (public & private).
