Transportation and receipt control

FORCE Technology provides our services by following your main components in the transportation phase from leaving the production site to arrival at the installation site.

The customer gets a complete package with focus on minimising any risk during the transport and installation phases to ensure the quality of incoming components, safety and proper handling during shipping and receipt. This includes the various subsuppliers handling of the components the best way possible. We inspect the following areas: Tower and flanges Painted and coated surfaces

Nacelle, drive train and hub Blades Mechanical and electrical parts.

Our clients assets must be stored and handled carefully, to ensure long service lives and to minimise accidental shutdowns. Any damage or incorrect handling is addressed early in the process, and claim of damage reporting is made to avoid

disputes, discussions, costly investigations and wasted valuable time later on in the project. Our experience is that quick reaction to missteps in the process is paramount, and focus will lead to higher product quality and possibly attain subcontractors repairs of any damage during the process. A quick response time, repair or replacement prevents inadvertent production shutdowns that are not claimable or other forms of unnecessary costly site repairs.
