Some templates may not be a perfect fit, a degree of good scalpel skill is required to ensure everything goes ok.

All hill sides will need chamfered cuts on the inside to butt up neat. colour coded Mounting board edge strips can be cut from STC. or Alternatively Cut 5mm strips and match the angle needed to the template stuck to the phone card anc cut with scissors. hill side reinforcements are all extras cut from previous templates, so if youve already done them youre quids in. Alternatively print and cut them on page 3.
