Entry level fillingmachine with exclusive Swienty Electronics
This filling machine has a newly designed gear type pump made of food grade plastics and is powered by a low-voltage motor equipped with planetary gears. The motor is operated by computer-controlled electronics. The machine has a built-in, electronic cut-off mechanism, which ensures no-dripping of the filling medium after completed filling cycle. The filling weight can be adjusted freely between 1ml and 9999ml. Also, the pump can be calibrated to show the exact weight/volume. The machine has a high degree of fillingprecision (+/- max.1%) and is easily calibrated for almost any kind of liquid. The machine may be used for pumping as well as filling. All parts which come into contact with the filling liquid are are made of EU approved food grade materials. Disassembly and cleaning is simple and easy.
