Dear Sir, LETTER OF AGREEMENT This is an agreement between Heena Placement Consultancy (referred to herewith as HPC) and Madre Integrated Engineering Co. W.L.L. (referred to herewith as Client). HPC is into the business of providing services in the area of recruitment consulting. Client is in need of such services. It is therefore agreed and as follows:Terms & Conditions:1. HPC will refer candidates to Client as per specifications given to HPC and both against specific vacancies as well as for general requirements based on the nature of its Business. 2. Services given by HPC Providing profiles suitable to the Clients requirements. Ensuring that all shortlisted candidates attend the interview without fail on the scheduled date, time & Venue. Performing reference checks of a selected candidate if requested by the Client. To motivate the candidate (referred by HPC & offered an appointment by Client). In case the candidate leave the organization within 3 (Three) months of the appointment, HPC will provide assistance to the Client for replacement of the same.

3. Appointment of candidates Client will process the application referred by HPC. In case this results in an offer of appointment being made by it to the candidate, and the candidate joins the organization, a professional fee is payable by the Client to HPC. The candidates referred by HPC cannot be recruited through any other source for a period of 180 days from the date of sending the details by HPC. If any candidate is recruited at Client organization who was referred by HPC within 6 Months, a Professional Fee is payable for that also.

4. Payment Terms The professional fee amounting to INR 40,000/- for each candidate will be charged. Total professional fee becomes payable within 30 days from the day the candidate joins the organization. HPC will provide 3 months replacement assistance in case any candidate referred by HPC will resign within 3 months of joining.
