Curing

1. As soon as the concrete has hardened, apply one full coat of curing compound to the surface. 2. After approximately an hour later after applying curing compound, the surface shall be covered by wetted gunnysacks and plastic sheets. 3. Gunnysacks shall be kept in wet condition by spraying water (at daytime only) for minimum period of 2 days. 4. The surface shall be continuously covered by gunnysacks and plastic sheets for at least 7 days from the date of casting.
