What kind of punishment should be done for those who convicted baby dumping? If the baby is still alive, the parents should be responsible and monitored to ensure the baby's safety. If the baby is dead, the parents should be jailed for murder. Jail sentence fine and/or jail time.

The perpetrator should be fined and imprisoned depends on the seriousness of the offence. If the child dies in consequence of the exposure or abandonment, the perpetrator should be charged with murder. put them in jail They should be fined and punished. 1~5 years of imprisonment with possibility of parole. But then if you left the baby at a baby hatch i think there shouldn't be much punishment. Sometimes people really can't take care of their babies. The most painful punishment I can think of is to remove the womb of the women who dump their babies. Because why bother keep the baby then dump it after conceiving it? It'd be more humane to abort the foetus at an early stage than to leave it to die in the end. Therefore, I think that these women should think twice before dumping babies just because they are all irresponsible during sex. Or just get rid of their wombs so that they won't be able to conceive and have sex all they want.

I am not sure, because some cases of baby dumping may be due to the convicted person acting under extreme confusion and fear. They must be excuted for life imprisonment because baby dumping is almost quivalent to murdering a baby. The GOV must be strict with them and put them in the prison. arrested them before they get punished, people needs some who educate them first. I think that we only should advice them and also educate them about baby dumping without involving in their privacy and punish them.
