11:15 Holy Mass with Fr. Javier Ibarra, IVE at the SSVM Juniorate Convent Chapel (1326 Quincy Street NE Washington, DC 20017; next door to the Franciscan Monastery) 12:30 Pot-luck Picnic outside at the Juniorate 2:00 Childrens Rosary Procession for All: following the Rosary Portico (Joyful, Sorrowful and Glorious Mysteries) at the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land with songs and single abbreviated prayers for each mystery (one Our Father, one Hail Mary, one Glory Be) www.myfranciscan.org Adults walk to the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conceptions as Marian pilgrims (15-20 minutes, or drive and meet us there) www.nationalshrine.org Childrens Activities at the Juniorate outdoor games and sports / a talk about Our Lady / Marian craft Talk Marian Dimension of our Religious Family and the influence of St. Louis Marie Grignion de Montfort in the Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel on the lower level Free Time at the Shrine (to pray individually, to visit the gift shop, etc.) Fr. Ibarra will also be available for consultations or confessions during this time. 5:00 5:30 Leave the Shrine (walking or driving) Arrive at the Juniorate and return home
