Note: In 2012, no exit polls were collected in Texas. While some Liberal polling organization like Latino Decision suggests the Latino vote for Republicans was as low as 25 percent, other private polling suggests that the Republican Latino vote was between 30 to 35 percent in Texas.

In 2004, 9.3 million of Hispanics were eligible to vote. But only 58% were registered, 48% voted. In 2006, 11.5 million Hispanics were eligible to vote. But only 67% were registered, 34% voted. In 2008, 18 million of Hispanics were eligible to vote. But only 65% were registered, 67% voted. In 2010, 19.5 Million of Hispanic were eligible to vote. Hispanics were 9% of the national voter pool. In 2012, 23.3 Million of Hispanic were eligible to Vote. But only 11. million voted, or 48.6% of those eligible to vote. Hispanics were 10% of national voter pool.
