Businesses should hire employees for their entire lives. Do you agree or disagree?

Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.-------------------------------------I dont agree that businesses should hire the people on life time basis. With theage people depreciate in health thereby persons working capacity reduces. Onemany develop health problems like Arthritis Weak Vision; Hypertension; and manymore. An old man with all those constraints can not give required output and thebusiness may suffer or even may get paralyzed for that matter. Needless to saybusiness is after all business and not a charity hence if the person is unable todeliver goods he or she must either volunteer to retire else must be forced toretire. Emotions in business never work.Furthermore very great innovations and improvements are taking place day and on.Newer technologies and techniques with ingenious gadgets with quite unique modusoperandi are coming into the market. An old person is not aware of these nor canhe or she adjust with it. Besides, it is difficult for old aged persons to keeppace with the time in this rapidly changing scenario. A lack of speed may resultinto heavy losses or even closure of that company. This does not only cause lossof money to the business owner but also to the general public by large who are theend users of this companys products and service. Low outputs and low turnover donot only affect the company owner but it has a negative impact on national economytoo.In conclusion business must be management oriented and not emotion oriented. Inthe interest of the high turnover and proceeds, older employees must retire andnew generation with new ideas, techniques, and zeal must work for the company. Andnone should be employed on lifetime basis.
