Introduction (5 marks)
This section should include the background information on the atoll/island, population and a description of the atoll/island health center, number of staff, services provided by the hospital or the center and any other important area that you think is unique to the health services of that island or atoll.
The next part of this section is students have to evaluate their own performance as managers. To do that, describe the problems that were faced during the management and how they were dealt.
Conclusion (4 marks)
Students are expected to summarize the key observations and issues that were identified and a conclusion of their own should be offered based on that. No new information should be presented in conclusion.
Recommendations (6 marks)
Students should outline, briefly, a set of recommendations that they think might help the management of the hospitals to improve its services and management. Recommendations should not be arbitrary but should be based on the issues and observations that were described in the observation section.
