Ingredients for _10 Portions Qty Unit Description 0.240 KG Whole wheat flour 0.240 LIT Milk 0.010 KG Salt 0.020 KG Yeast 0.125 LIT Beer 0.100 KG Refined flour 0.200 KG Butter 5.000 KG Eggs 2.000 KG Spinach 0.350 KG Feta cheese 0.100 KG Sundried tomatoes 0.050 KG Pinenuts 0.100 KG Onion 0.020 KG Garlic 0.006 KG Black pepper 0.300 LIT Cream 0.100 KG Basil 0.100 KG Parmesan Method: 1.Make a thin batter of flour, yeast, milk,eggs and beer. 2.For stuffing- Heat garlic in pan, add garlic and onion,cook till it become transculent.Add shredded spinach and saute till water evaporates.Add chopped sundried tomato. When mixture get cooled, add feta cheese and mix the mixture thoroughly. 3.Cook the crepe in nonstick pan and Stuff the crepe with above mixture and roll it. 4.Heat the stuffed crepe in oven and serve hot.
