Dish Name Wild mushroom lasagne. Ingredients for _10 portions Qty Unit Description 0.800 KG Lasagne sheets 2.000 KG Mushrooms 0.050 KG Morel mushrooms 0.050 KG Shitake mushrooms 0.200 KG Asparagus 0.150 KG Onion 0.025 KG Garlic peeled 0.400 KG Bechamel sauce 0.200 KG Tomato 0.200 KG Cream 0.100 KG Parmesan cheese 0.100 KG Basil 0.250 KG Cheddar cheese Method: 1.Cut mushrooms and asparagus in small cubes. 2.Heat oil,add onion and garlic,cook till it get transculent. 3.Add vegetable.cook in sauce.check for seasoning. 4.Blach lasagne sheet.Take rectangular deep tray and apply soften butter to all sides from inside. 5.Put tomato sauce at the base,Line the lasagne sheets.Put layer of vegetable.Sprinkle with cheeses again line with lasagne sheets.Make 4-5 layers till tray fill till top. 6.Put a layer of bechamel sauce on top and sprinkle cheeses. 7.Bake the lasgane in the oven at 160 degree celcius for 25 minutes.
