MEMORANDUM ANNOUNCING THE PARTICIPATION OF THE PRESIDENT & THE AUDITOR TO THE CHANGE LEADERSHIP CAMP 2013 AND THE OFFICIAL SIGNATORY OF ALL ECOSOC TRANSACTION UPON THE PRESIDENTS ABSENCE ----------------------------------------------------------------To: All Officers and Members of ECOSOC 27 May 2013 Good Day Fellow Future Economists! This is to inform you that as your President, who is tasked to represent your voices in all legitimate transactions entered by the Economics Society, will be joining the Change Leadership Camp 2013 from 28 May- 1 June 2013 at Montegelo Farms and Agro-Tourism Center, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. Upon consent and approval by the General Assembly, I will be using the money of the society in paying the counterpart fee amounting to 1,900.00 pesos. I will ensure that whatever inputs I will gain from this camp will be shared and reflected to your betterment given that the purpose of the camp is to equip us with the skills necessary to effectively lead our respective organizations. The camp will also deal with both motivational and technical aspects of leadership in an interactive and transformative way. This camp is organized by the Student Activities and Leadership Development Office-Office of Student Affairs. Joining with me is Mr Jan Emmanuel Casinillo, Chief Auditor. He will be using his own funds to defray the counterpart fee. Therefore, upon my absence, I would like to announce that all signatories in my behalf (except on Financial Aspects) with be under the discretion of the Secretary, Mr Emmanuel B Embate, Jr. However, all final decisions, undertakings of the society and other official functions of the President will be under the jurisdiction of the Vice-President, Ms Kristine May P Japos. She will assume the role as Acting President upon my absence. Hope to clearly stipulate things out and altogether let us hurdle every milestones for a participative membership, stronger linkages and research-born sustainable projects. Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam.
