Beggars Banquet

1.) This is an agreement made this day______________ ______ 20__ between the undersigned EMPLOYER and the undersigned Beggars Banquet 2.) The ARTIST has agreed to perform as Beggars Banquet for the following agent, now known as the EMPLOYER: ____________________________________________ for and on behalf of the venue 3.) In this agreement the EMPLOYER promises to make payment to Beggars Banquetof $_______________ (In Words) ________________________________ on, before or immediately after the performance, 4.) Which will be at: _____________________________________________, now known as the venue. 5.) Date of Performance will be: _________________________________________ 6.) The performance will be from _________ to _________ with breaks 7.) Beggars Banquet will not be supplying a personal address system for this performance 8.) Any refreshments are at the EMPLOYERS discretion. 9.) Beggars Banquet will arrive at the (Venue) no later than ________ and will be provided with adequate changing rooms prior to the performance. 10.) Should this contract be terminated by the EMPLOYER less than four weeks before the performance date, the full contract fee will be paid to Beggars Banquet no later than two weeks after the performance date. 11.) This agreement commences as of the date below, signed by Beggars Banquet and EMPLOYER, and shall continue as long as Beggars Banquet is entitled to any outstanding monies from the EMPLOYER 12.) In the event of an Outdoor show, inclement weather shall not be deemed a force majeure occurance, and Employer shall remain liable for the full contracted price, even if the performance(s) called for herein are prevented by such weather conditions. Beggars Banquet shall the sole right to determine, in good faith whether any such weather conditions shall render the performance impossible, hazardous or unsafe.
