Area Manager and ADM arrive at a selling price for various VAS treatments considering the product cost, assets involved, the labor charges and the current market trend. The rate card is proposed to the Service Centre/Dealer and if dealer is OK then a Service agreement is signed between Moch and the Dealer for 12/24/36 months. The Dealer/Service Manager/Advisor will send their customers to Moch workshop (which is set up in the dealer premises) for services offered by Moch. Moch employs contract employees to fulfill the value added services and the Workshop supervisor will give the monthly requirement of products to the ADM at the beginning of the month. The ADM will collect the requirements and forward it to OPG for processing the order. OPG will place the order and warehouse will pick the order and deliver it to the workshop. At the end of the month ADM will collect the data from the workshop and forward it to OPG for billing purpose.

OPG will bill the no.of services carried out and ADM presents the invoice to the dealer. The Dealer will cross check the same with his invoice which was billed to the end customer and then makes the payment. If the contract is near end time then the contract can be extended if required.
