BIPA Trainee Research Award 2013

Applications are invited from British psychiatric trainees for the BIPA Trainee Research Award. This award is given for outstanding research or audit which has been carried out or published or accepted for publication, or presented as a paper to a learned society, during the course of the preceding five calendar years. If you are not a trainee now, it should have been done while you were a trainee and please provide evidence for the same. The award will be 300 for the winners and there will be two runner-up prizes worth 100 each. The application should include: a. A covering letter (max 500 words) outlining reason for their application and their contribution to the research project. b. Full CV c. Three copies of evidence demonstrating the quality of their research e.g. copies of their research papers or summary of project. d. The application should be supported by a letter from their Educational / Research Supervisor (This should be produced before presentation). A Judging panel appointed by BIPA executive will judge all the applications and shortlisted candidates will be invited to give an oral presentation of their project during the BIPA Annual Conference on 8&9th June 2013 at The Daventry Court Hotel, Daventry.
