    Kriya yoga, fastest way to self-realization/enlightenment

    Kriya yoga is an ancient technique of meditation and pranayama used by Himalayan Yogis of India for self-realization through mind control. This technique involves cosmic exercise, meditation and pranayama, which is suitable for people of all ages. The technique helps you experience eternal bliss and to reach the goal of self-realization. You are not required to change your current life style, belief system, habits, name or pay donation/fees to learn Kriya yoga. We are following an ancient Indian method of Guru-Disciple relationship, in which Guru guides his disciple through the spiritual journey until the goal is reached. In the famous book Autobiography of a Yogi by Paramahamsa Yogananda, he explains how he was guided by Mahavatar Babaji (an immortal saint) in 1920 to the United States to teach Kriya yoga. Since then, Yoga and Meditation found their way to the west.

    Guru Gyan Swami, a direct disciple of Mahavatar Babaji is teaching Kriya yoga in different parts of the world, free of cost. He is spreading a special message from his master that "a modern monk should earn his own bread without becoming a burden to society and help others in their spiritual journey". Guru Gyan Swami is a family man and working as a software engineer in Pune, India. He stayed with Babaji in the Himalayas for many years.
