AGREEMENT
This agreement is being signed on 2nd January 2011 between the following two parties, the details of the concerned two parties are as follows: Party 1: MOHAMMED ASIF AND BROS. 3RD FLOOR SAYA BUILDING M. FEROZ STREET JODIA BAZAAR KARACHI PAKISTAN Party 2: Zaheer Ahmed Abida Overseas FZE Sharjah United Arab Emirates P.O Box 42454 Sharjah

Both the parties have mutually agreed on the following terms and conditions: 1. Party 1 will supply two shipments of fresh onion, potato and mixed fresh vegetables in a week regularly, in every ship that is due from Pakistan to Dubai (Jebel Ali Port) to Party 2. 2. Party 2 requires always in each shipment one container of 40ft and 20ft. Party 1 will make sure the quality, size of fresh ,potato and mixed fresh vegetables being supplied are of Grade A standard and must abide with customer standards. 3. Party 1 will supply in standard wooden box / crates mesh bags of fresh, potato and mixed fresh vegetables and assure grading. 4. Party 2 will issue a guarantee cheque to the face value of the invoice. The cheque is for guarantee purpose and it will assure that Party 2 will remit the face value of the invoice to Party 1 within three working days after release of goods from Jebel Ali Port Dubai. 5. Party 1 can visit Dubai anytime during contract period. All travel and accommodation expenses will be borne by Party 2. Party 2 will issue a business visa. 6. If the payment is not cleared within three working days, Party 1 can take legal action against Party 2 on the basis of the cheque by presenting the cheque to Dubai local courts. The above terms and conditions have been agreed upon by both the parties and is being signed and sealed as under declaring this agreement an official document as per Dubai Courts and Authority.
