Balakulanya / Soli-lente

Last edited on 16 september 2011 Balakulanya (Balakulandyan) is traditionally played at weddingpartys in Guinea, where is often speculated on the firtility of this marriage. Also the rhythm is played at circumcision-ceremonies. Sometime the dance (for boy and girls) continues all the three days before the ceremony. Mamady Keita switches the roles of Sangban and Doun Doun and names this Sli lent (slow Sli). Two songs :
