MEMORANDUM ANNOUNCING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE & MARKETING, DIRECTOR OF RESEARCH & SOCIAL OUTREACH AND ELECTORAL COMMISSION HEAD ----------------------------------------------------------------To: All Officers and Members of ECOSOC 11 June 2013 Good Day Fellow Members of ECOSOC! This is to inform you that the General Assembly on its monthly meeting this June has unanimously decided to appoint the following designated officials on the following positions: JANICE LESLIE B LOMONGO SARAH JANE F BEHIGA KATRINA Y DEMETRIO Director of Finance and Marketing Director of Research and Social Outreach Chief Commissioner, Electoral Commission

Leslie is a fourth year Economics student who has started her designation last Converge: The ECOSOC Strategic Plan Presentation to the Economics Department on 27 March 2013. Shell be assigned in the outsourcing of funds through fund raising projects to supplement the projects of the society. Sarah is also a fourth year Economics student who became the Justice of Peace of ECOSOC Student Judicial Court last academic year. Under her watch, the Student Judicial Court became well known to the society who used to be a mere constitutional commissio n. Now, shell be holding a position exclusively designated to hold outreach projects a nd researches as to how to deliver well the services of the society to its constituency through knowing their urgent needs. Katrina is a fourth year Economics student who is set to graduate this October. Last year, she held the position as Fund Raising Head. Under her stewardship she created one of ECOSOCs successful projects so far, the eCORNomics. This year, shell be holding a vital position who will be assigned to the election of third year, second year and first year representatives, the directors of year level cores and the ratification of the newly drafted society charter. We thank Leslie, Sarah and Katrina for their generosity and willingness to serve the Economics Society. We request for your prayers and incessant support as we journey together in bringing a participative constituency, stronger linkages and research born sustainable projects.
