I have been working closely with Nicole Elisabeth Bames since February 2009. Nicole is employed through the Federal Student Work Experience Program (FSWEP) within the Human Resources Branch of Industry Canada and is part of a project called the HRB Talent Management Approach for which I am the Project Leader.

Since she joined the team in 2008 Nicole has been an asset to the project. Her ability to conceptualize,to maintain the partnerships, to focus on clients and her professionalism are only a few of the competencies she has been demonstrating. She also takes her work very seriously, likes to be challenged and takes pride in continuously meeting deadlines. Some of the other strengths she has demonskated at work are her communications skills and ability to influence. Furthermore, Nicole has always been seeking feedback as she is interested to learn about what could be improved in her work.
