Michigan and the entire Medical World were horribly shocked to learn of the new lower U of M Medical Standards approved by Dr. Mike Smith Wheelock, Dept. Associate Chief of Clinical Affairs at the Taubman/Kellogg Facility. "Dr. Mike", also known as,"the good old boy" among his cronies, has approved the use of invasive Kleenex by Clinical doctors " to occulate " the patient's eyes during U of M vision exams. This is all part of our " appropriate care provided to our patients, in keeping with accepted standards of medical practice." The handicapped patient could be reached but was unable to comment because he was choking on his own fluids, caused by the allergic reactions of his body to the new Kleenex policy !

"Dr. No," as he is nicknamed by his PIP insurance victims/patients, comes to the IME with less ethical preparedness than that of a back alley abortionist !
