Adhesion

ISO 4624 - "Pull-off test for adhesion" using portable adhesion testers

2 x 125m dft applied directly over abraded steel.

Not less than 10MPa (1450psi) when using a PAT Model GM01 hydraulic adhesion tester on 5mm thick steel. An average of 0.8% elongation of the coating is achieved prior to fracture.
