A RESOLUTION EXTENDING PROFOUND THANKS TO THE PEOPLE OF CAMARINES SUR THROUGH THE HONORABLE GOVERNOR LUIS RAYMOND LRAY VILLAFUERTE FOR THEIR VALUABLE CONTRIBUTION AND SUPPORT TO THE SUCCESS OF THE 9 TH PARLIAMENT OF YOUNG LEADERS HELD AT THE AVENUE PLAZA HOTEL, NAGA CITY, CAMARINES SUR ON MAY 02 07, 2012

WHEREAS, the National Youth Commission headed by Undersecretary, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Leon G. Flores III has identified the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur to host the 9th Parliament of Youth Leaders; WHEREAS, the 9th Parliament of Youth Leaders (NYP9) was spearheaded by the National Youth Commission headed by Assistant Secretary Commissioner Gio Tingson as the National Organizing Committee Chairperson of NYP9; WHEREAS, the National Youth Parliament is a biennial event whereby all young leaders are expected to craft resolutions that will serve as a policy formulation guide to the government in implementing programs, projects and activities that will be benefit the youth sector; WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur headed by Honorable Governor Luis Raymond LRAY Villafuerte warmly welcomed the NYP 9 delegates to the province; WHEREAS, the Provincial Government extended their invaluable support to the transportation, city tour, accommodation and logistical concerns of the 9th Parliament of Youth Leaders; WHEREAS, the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur has prioritize the importance of the youth sector in their participation and involvement in civil society and governance; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Chairman and members of the 9th Parliament of Youth Leaders to extend our profound thanks to the people of Naga City through the honorable Governor Luis Raymond LRAY Villafuerte for their valuable contribution and support to the success of the 9th Parliament of Youth Leaders held at the Avenue Plaza hotel, Naga City on May 2 7, 2012. RESOLVED FINALLY, to furnish a copy of this resolution to the Office of the Provincial government of Camarines Sur. ADOPTED this 6th day of May 2012 at Naga City, Philippines. Certified by:
