VERIFYING THE AAL2 ReliableProgramUniter

If the channels RACH, FACH and PCH are DISABLED in RNC and you already have
checked the RAX boards, the a2ea routing case, aal2 channels, the VCs,
aal2pathdistributionunit, eteloopback tests are ok, you can try verifying the
ReliableProgramUniter.
Another characteristic of this problem is that the b_rbsid is ENABLED in the RXI
except for the Aal2AP. Example:

ReliableProgramUniter must be correct in nodeB and RXI. For RBS3000 it should be

11 and for RBS6000 it is 15 in the nodeB. In the RXI it is 14.

Notice that for Aal2Ap the program must be ans_aal2ap and for
Aal2PathDistributionUnit it is ans_aal2cpsrc.
One way to fix this problem if you find that the ReliableProgramUniter is different
than it should be, is to delete and create again the Aal2Ap and
Aal2PathDistributionUnit MOs with the correct configuration.
