Animal cell

hypotesis
If it is possible to make an interactive model of an animal cell as a puzzle then the parts of the animal cell well be learned or remembered because by putting the pieces together over and over it would be learned.

Materials
Cardboard Markers Pencil Colors scissors Pictures Sharpy Plastic cover

results
The puzzle turn out good, we finish it and we made some people to do it and we took the time of each one doing it, some of them took a lot of time and some of them did it really fast. Series 3

conclusion
Our conclusion is that the more you do something the easier it gets. We got this conclusion cause when we were doing the puzzle, at first, it tooks us 10 minutes. And the more we did it the less it took. Not only for us to other 25 people.

procedure
1-first we get the cardboard 2-we start doing the outline of the cell and then se start drasing the details 3-colored the nucleus the neurons and the cytoplasm 4-we colored carefully the details 5-we drawed the puzzle shape and cut it 6-someone help us doing the puzzle and see if it was ok 7-last we covered the puzzle with a plastic cover

What it is?
Animal cells are the cells found in animals. The animal cell is made of Cell Membrane, Centrosome, Cytoplasm, Golgi body, Lysosome, Mitochondria, Nucleus, Ribosome and Vacule.

Parts and what it work

Cell Membrane: Is semipermeable, allowing some substance to pass into the cell and blocking others. Centrosome: A small body located near the nucleus. The centrosomes are where microtubules are made. Cytoplasm: the jelly material outside the nucleus in which the organells are located. Golgi body: packages proteins and carbohydrates into membrane-bound vesicles for export from the cell. Lysosome: this is where the digestion of cell nutrients takes place. Mitochondria: converts the energy stored in glucose into ATP ( adenosine triphosphate) for the cell. Nucleus: controls many of the functions of the cell (by controlling protein synthesis) and contains DNA (in chromosomes). Ribosomes: small organelles composed of RNA-rich cytoplasmic granules that are sites of protein synthesis. Vacule: fills with food being digested and waste material that is on its way out of the cell.

Differences between plant and animal cell

Plant and animal cells are eukaryotic cells but they have major differences. Animal cells do not have rigid cell walls like plant cells. This allows animal cells to form and adopt various shapes. Plant cells have chloroplasts for the utilization of sunlight. It is when plant cells get chlorophyll to perform the function of photosynthesis which it is absent in animal cells.
