Youth Enrichment program starts July 6th.

Every saturday from 10-4pm we will be tutoring the youth and teaching them art forms such as Djing, Visual art (Photography, painting, theatre, music etc). The Y.E.P program is free. We are accepting kids ages 8-14. Enroll your child today slots are filling up fast!

Saturday July 6, 8pm $15 Sones de Mexico Ensemble and Son Monarcas with Camerino Utrera and Andres Flores AN INTERNATIONAL NIGHT OF SON JAROCHOIf you like the music of Veracruz you will not want to miss this concert. We are bringing the heart of Veracruz to the Windy City. Presented by portoluz as part of the Son Jarocho International Exchange project, this concert will feature Chicago bands Son Monarcas and Sones de Mexico Ensemble featuring the music of Veracruz. Two special guest musicians from Veracruz will join the cast: Andres Flores and Camerino Utrera. This concert takes place at Martyrs', 3855 N. Lincoln Ave., Chicago. Buy Tickets Here

Jovan D. Mikhailovic is a 78 year old violinist, theatre artist and painter currently exhibiting over 30 pieces of art work at MAGI Gallery and will be joined by his long-time musical partner, acclaimed cimbalom player, Alex Udvary. Alex has been seen often at the Green Mill and Katerinas. They will be playing pieces of gypsy music and American jazz standards. Don't Miss It! $5-10 suggested donation at the door. 100% goes to musicians Free Food and Catch the exhibition while it is on display!
