Spaghetti Carbonara 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tbsp.

olive or canola oil 8 slices bacon, chopped into 1-inch pieces 1/4 cup milk or cream 3 eggs 1 cup parmesan cheese salt and pepper to taste 1 tsp. white wine 1 lb. spaghetti Saute garlic in oil. Fry bacon until crisp. Combine all ingredients except noodles. Cook and drain spaghetti noodles. Add sauce to hot noodles and toss well. Serve immediately.
