Abstract

The project Cupcake with cocoa packed proposes to show how a cake factory should work, the steps that should be follow in order to fulfill the quality standards required by society to create a business from zero to a successful/profitable one. In order to overcome any misunderstanding, caused by a specific terminology, the project uses textual explanations, illustration with specific examples, providing a complementary intuitive source for the abstract exposition. The project contains plenty of rules and stages meant to increase the efficiency in writing/making a good business plan and to avoid as many as possible wrong steps, guiding the owner step by step. The first part of the project shows the required equipment for getting the cupcake with full description of these. Forwards, the raw materials with their roles, the main properties that should be respected. The project discuss in the last part of it the company organization structure, as it should be considering the proposed production and sizing the machine. Following the study, after considering the competition, initial investments study concluded that to be a profitable busssiness, the price for a cupcake must be 0.50 RON.
