On behalf of the European Centre for a Modern Ukraine, we would like to
invite you to join a telebriefing with Ukraine Central Election Committee
Member Mykhaylo Okhendovskyy. Having participated in preparation of all
national elections in Ukraine since 2004 (Presidential elections in 2004 and
2010, Parliamentary elections in 2006 and 2007, local elections in 2006
and 2010), and having helped draft Ukraine's most recent electoral
reforms, Mr. Okhendovskyy is considered to be one of the country's most
experienced Central Election Committee Members.

Mr. Okhendovskyy will provide U.S. opinion leaders with a summary of the
new electoral system and offer the group a first-hand account of activities
taking place in the days leading up to the October 28 Parliamentary
elections.
