Jeffrey Campos Is Planning A Fund Raising Event To Secure Scholarships For Students

Along with being a marketing and PR expert, Jeffrey Campos is also recognized for his contribution towards community development and improvement. He is a dedicated leader in business, civic and charitable organizations.

He served as a board member of various organizations and societies such as Visit Denver Board of Directors, Denver Housing Authority Board of Directors, Hispanic Chamber Foundation, Denver Area Plan Steering Committee, Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Hispanic Business TV Advisory Board Colorado Womens Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Phoenix Chamber of Commerce. He was appointed in State of Colorado Governor Hickemloopers Transition Team and City of Denver Mayor Hancocks Transition Team.

Jeffrey Campos is also a member of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Muscular Dystrophy Association, Museo De Las Americas, Hispanic Chamber, Shaka Franklin Foundation Phoenix Chamber, Rocky Mountain Junior Achievement, and the Urban League of Metro Denver. He also served as the Chairman of the Denver Metro Chamber Foundation. He was associated with Denver Housing Authority Commissioner, Colorado Boxing Commissioner, Metro State Presidents Advisory Committee, Live Well Colorado and many other organizations.

Presently, Jeffrey Campos is planning a fund raising event for Emily Griffin Technical College Foundation to secure scholarships for students. With the support of various other foundations, industries and business leaders, and EGTC graduates, the foundation has raised more than $5 million for the school. The Emily Griffith Foundation was established in 1990 with an aim to provide financial support to Emily Griffith Technical College in the form of scholarships, capital improvements, educational instruments and equipment, and endowment.

Jeff Campos was awarded the Business Award by the National Society of Hispanic MBA's for his tremendous contribution to the education and professional development of the Hispanic community. He was the CEO and the President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Metro Denver for almost six years. During his tenure, he overhauled the foundation of the chamber; established a Board of Directors; and formalized business processes, operating structures, and mission statements.
